- Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not qualify for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund request.

Refund Process

- Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team on our email at info@lorancishoes.ae with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. . Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lorancishoes.ae with your order number and details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Warehouse 9, Saeed Abdullah Warehouse, Ras Alkhor Industrial area 2, Dubai.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
